Michael Pirson is a professor of Humanistic Management at Fordham University, a research associate with Harvard’s Human Flourishing Program, and the founder of the International Humanistic Management Association. Brian Wellinghoff is the director of Strategy, Improvement and Culture for global manufacturing solutions firm Barry-Wehmiller. Their collaboration over the past two years has brought attention and action to the Humanizing Business Education movement.
