You have worked incredibly hard to get where you are! Now what? It is time to honor the soul of your leadership. This journey involves energetically aligning yourself with your soul so that you can fully live a values and purpose-driven life of service. As a humanistic leader, you are committed to helping create a world in which people and the planet thrive.
During this six-week cohort will explore the movement from mastery to union with source. As a cohort, you will create an energetic field in which to honor soul, embodiment, formation, change leadership and power through the co-creation of a field of collective consciousness.
As a humanistic leader, our commitment is no less than creating a world in which people and planet flourish. In this program, we will cross the divide between the inner and outer knowing to find ourselves fully alive in our being, in our work and in the communities in which we live and serve.

Who Should Attend
We welcome Professors who have joined the HLA movement, signed the manifesto and those are committed to equipping humanistic leaders who are creating a world in which people and our planet thrive. Also, we encourage Social Entrepreneurs who are seeking to engage the whole person with the whole leader: body, mind and soul, as well as Executive Coaches and Corporate Leaders with responsibility for the formation of leaders and teams
- No prior knowledge is necessary; however, participants should be familiar with or have experience and responsibility for leading intentional change toward flourishing, in the context of their discipline and/or work.

Dr. Deborah Rundlett
Dr. Deborah Rundlett has taught a doctoral track in transformational leadership. For those who have not yet met Debbie, she is a practical mystic who guides leaders and their teams in connecting with source. Her conviction is that the whole leader requires the whole person: body, mind and soul. She currently serves as Director of The Meetinghouse, home to Poets & Prophets, a global community of change leaders; and is a founding steward of the Global Consciousness Institute.
